At ScotlandPaintings.com, we are dedicated to ensuring that you are completely delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. In such cases, please find our return and refund/cancellation policy detailed below.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@scotlandpaintings.com.

Custom Art Prints (Framed, Canvas, and Print-Only) 

Our custom art prints, including framed prints, canvas prints and print-only options  are bespoke, made-to-order items. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, these goods do not have the same cancellation rights typically afforded to distance contracts. If you change your mind before production has commenced, and you inform us promptly, you will not be charged for your order. If your order has already been dispatched when you decide to cancel, a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of each returned item will be deducted from your refund. Please refer to our delivery information for dispatch times.

Bespoke Supersize Prints and Hand-Painted Reproductions

For our bespoke supersize prints and hand-painted reproductions, please note that these are highly customised orders. Therefore, the same conditions apply as for our custom art prints. We encourage you to contact us at hello@scotlandpaintings.com for any queries or cancellation requests.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return your purchase, or if it arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 working days of receipt at hello@scotlandpaintings.com.

Custom Art Prints (Framed, Canvas, and Print-Only) and Digital Downloads

Given their bespoke nature, a 50% fee of the cost of each returned item will be deducted from your refund. However, if an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, you can return it for a replacement or a full refund. Please report any faults or damage within 14 days of receipt. Email us at hello@scotlandpaintings.com with the following details:

  • Name and delivery address on the order
  • Order number
  • A photo of the damage or fault with the item and packaging

How to Make a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@scotlandpaintings.com. We will provide you with the correct returns address and further instructions.

Returned items must be in unused, original condition, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, and should be sent back within 14 days of receipt. For items delivered overseas, returns should be made within 30 days of the cancellation date. Please include the original delivery note to help us identify your order. Opened items can only be refunded if they are faulty.

Please note, goods must be returned at your own cost, and we recommend using recorded delivery for your peace of mind.
