Shipping policy

At ScotlandPaintings.com, we understand how important it is to receive your orders promptly and securely. Our products are dispatched either from our trusted supplier or directly from our exclusive collections. As such, orders may arrive in separate packages, with varying delivery times.

Order Dispatch and Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within the following timeframes:

  • Unframed Print: 3-5 working days
  • Framed Print: 5-10 working days
  • Canvas Print: 5-10 working days
  • Digital Download: Email delivery
  • Bespoke Supersize Prints: 10-20 working days
  • Hand-Painted Versions: Depends on the painting

Orders placed over weekends, public holidays, or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery within the UK typically takes up to three working days after dispatch. For international deliveries, please allow up to 28 days. During peak periods, promotional offers, or due to service disruptions, delivery times may be extended.

Delivery charges vary based on the product and size:

Prints: £5.99 

Digital Downloads: Free

Bespoke Supersize Prints and Hand-Painted Versions: Varies (see product information page)

Additional charges apply for multiple items. The final cost can be reviewed in your basket at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

For framed, unframed, and canvas print orders, tracking details will be provided on request. While not all products come with tracking, you can contact us at hello@scotlandpaintings.com if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe. 

International Delivery

We deliver worldwide, with specific rates available upon adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout. 

Packaging

Our commitment to the environment extends to our packaging. Framed prints are shipped with protective materials, and unframed prints are carefully rolled in sturdy cardboard tubes. All our packaging is recyclable, recycled, or compostable, and we strive to reuse materials wherever possible, ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition while minimising our environmental footprint.
